Brown-Forman Sales Analyst Graduate in Barcelona, Spain
Meaningful Work From Day One:
This position will help the sales analyst prepare and develop reports & tools for sales based on internal and external data sources and provide analysis and recommendations based on reported outcomes.
What You Can Expect:
Collecting & processing Sales data to make reports regarding the work of the sales team: performance sell-in by channels, by brands and products vs last year and vs target.
Collecting & processing data to make reports regarding the sell-out performance in Off Trade.
Prepare ad hoc analysis and recommendations for the head of sales.
Support the Sales team with the confection and monitoring of sales files
Handling & supporting and optimizing the reporting systems and tools using internal and external data sources.
Managing, updating, and ensuring high quality of customers database
Control of trade agreements following sales policy, control of consumption and coverage vs targets, and settle the agreements.
Supports the enhancement and compliance of Sales / Finance processes, standards, and systems: Tracking and validation of charges related to commercial price contributions and discounts.
Ensuring the proper flow of internal documents (i.e.: price list, terms of trade, on-packs, etc)
What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelor's degree finished in Spain in the last 3 years to be able to formalize a “ contrato en prácticas”
At least 6 month experience (internship)
Strong MS Office skills
Strong communication skills
