Brown-Forman Organizational Performance and Learning Program Manager in Louisville, Kentucky

This Program Manager is part of a team that develops and manages enterprise people and culture
initiatives that drive organizational performance in order to Make It A Double.
What You Can Expect:
● Under direction from the Director, Enterprise Organizational Performance & Learning Programs,
designs and executes enterprise organizational performance and learning programs, including
performance management, onboarding, brand education, business acumen, the B-F Skills
framework, leadership development, among others..
● Uses data to assess the effectiveness of programs and recommends changes.
● Delivers programmatic content through technology, partnerships, virtual, and in-person methods.
● Leverages partnerships with external vendors, internal technology experts, etc. to design content
with a high degree of professionalism.
● Communicates and collaborates effectively with stakeholders to support program design, launch
and maintenance.
What You Bring to the Table:
● 3+ years experience with program and content development, including conception, build, launch
and maintenance. Superb program and content development capabilities – results exhibit a high
level of program quality.
● A steward of organizational culture with an understanding of how talent drives the business.
● Experience with organizational performance and learning principles and multiple methods of
delivery.
● Strong organization skills with ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing
environment
● Excellent collaboration, relationship, communication, coaching and influencing skills
● Strong computer skills with current, or ability to quickly build, proficiency of Google G Suite [Slides,
Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar and Mail], and other software, as needed.
● Ability to flex work schedule to collaborate with global business partners
● Ability to travel as needed to support the business (role will travel less than 15% of time)
