Meaningful Work From Day One

In this role, you will be the lead business partner to diagnose, develop and execute organisational performance and learning initiatives for the Europe Division and IMEA region. In partnership with HR and business leaders, you will create an agenda to drive business capabilities forward and support near-term organisational performance. You will also be part of the Organisational Performance, HR Innovation and People Systems leadership team, participating in setting the global organizational performance and capability development strategy in order to deliver Nothing Better in the Market. This role will have one report.

What You Can Expect

● Acts as an embedded strategic business partner to HR and business leaders, working across a diverse region and cultures to connect business strategies to talent development initiatives.

● Leverages analysis and consultative skills to assess organisational performance and diagnose learning needs specific to assigned part of the business.

● Sets strategies based on analysis and insights at a divisional level and uses this information to form effective plans. Develops plans into action steps that lead to high individual and organisational performance.

● Acquires or develops content to meet the needs of the business. At times, will partner on amplifying enterprise programs and functional capabilities.

● The primary resource to the Europe Division HR leadership on organisational and individual performance strategies and tactics (processes, structure, performance coaching, measurement, and execution of the PGP process).

● Partners with HR business partners on change management and leader/team interventions, as needed.

What You Bring to the Table

● Manager-level experience as an HR business partner or business-embedded organisational performance and learning expert

● Large country or regional functional expertise and leadership developing plans with a clear track record of successful execution.

● Ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels, including appropriate messages to ELT-led leadership teams. Gains influence among these groups through effective listening techniques, tailoring messages to the audience, and offering credible and clear ideas that are easily understood.

● Content development, curation, and adaptation in a corporate setting; adult learning expertise.

● Performance coaching experience for individuals and teams.

● Strong organisation skills with ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

● Excellent collaboration, relationship, communication, coaching and influencing skills

● Strong computer skills with current, or ability to quickly build, proficiency of Google G Suite [Slides, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar and Mail], and other software, as needed.

● Ability to flex work schedule to collaborate with global business partners

● Ability to travel as needed to support the business (less than 20% travel expected)
