Meaningful Work From Day One

In this role, you will be responsible for inventory, supply and co-packaging planning for all Brown-Forman brands imported to Türkiye. By supporting the Türkiye Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will provide analytical and administrative support in logistics issues, including managing purchase orders, planning shipments, and planning local rework, as well as import.

This role will include coordinating inbound shipments between plants. You will also be responsible for tracking and managing warehousing, co-packing and logistics service levels and ensuring regulatory foresight and compliance in the fields of customs and excise tax administration.

This is an office/hybrid role with 3 days a week in our fantastic mod office.

What You Can Expect

Inventory Management

· Supply and co-packing planning

· Work alongside Customer Services to fulfill orders to the Demand Planning Specialist’s forecast

· Scheduling shipments between plants

· Create rework plans and maintain trackers for co-packing/gifting/allocated products and manage their sell-through

· Daily cooperation to maintain relationships with vendors

· Monitor inventory and take action to avoid out of stocks

· Inventory management and analysis of short shelf life and slow rotation products

· Prepare and share the weekly warehouse capacity report

· Preparing slow-moving and inventory obsolescence reports once a month

· Developing performance reports to support the wider Supply Chain Team

· Coordination of Replenishment & Inbound Logistics

· Provide visibility of open orders and in-transit shipments to relevant internal and external stakeholders

· Track inbound shipments, rework performance and provide shipment updates upon request or pro-active exception reporting

· Collaborate with the Procurement team to ensure on-time delivery of new projects

· Provide transparency of local warehousing and logistics restrictions to corp. supply planning and logistics teams

Supply Chain Optimisation

· Monthly tracking of KPIs regarding quality, stability, and cost of service

· Identify operational issues/bottlenecks and initiate the timely implementation and execution of countermeasures

· Build a trustful working relationship with subcontracted logistics service providers

· Guide and support annual and ad-hoc inventory count procedures

Inventory & Supply Planning Administration

· Purchase orders sharing with custom broker

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field

• Experience in supply chain logistics

• Project management experience

• Fluent in English and Turkish

What Makes You Unique

• Prior Experience in wine and spirits or luxury FMCG industries
