This 12 month contract position will provide logistics support for the Korea LE market.

What You Can Expect

• Managing the overall daily operations of B-F Supply Chain Korea, with a primary focus on domestic warehouse management, including repacking, inventory management, and monthly inventory reconciliation. Additionally, responsible for conducting physical inventory counts on a quarterly basis and managing inventory write-offs.

• Coordinating all re-packing and special packaging initiatives, including goods receipt, assembly, and shipment of special packages for occasions such as Mid-Autumn Festival, Lunar New Year, and any other seasonal events.

• Verifying and preparing payment applications for third-party logistics billing.

• Serving as the primary interface to the third-party logistics provider for delivery arrangements, domestic transportation, and collecting monthly reports.

What You Bring to the Table

● Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Supply Chain, Business Administration, or closely related discipline.

● Experience: 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management and warehouse management.

● Solid experience in Order Fulfillment and Logistics.

● Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with internal/external stakeholders.

● Independent management, planning, and organization of workload within established deadlines in a team-oriented, high-volume, at times stressful environment.

● Ability to handle detailed and ambiguous information with a high degree of accuracy.

● Strong technical aptitude utilizing operational support software including but not limited to SAP, Microsoft Office, Google, etc.
